AI Interior Designer: An artificial intelligence-powered tool that helps users visualize interior design modifications to property images.

3. AI-Powered Services Disclaimer

Our Interior Designer feature utilizes advanced artificial intelligence technology to generate design visualizations. By using this feature, you acknowledge and accept the following:

Results May Vary: AI-generated images are creative interpretations and may not always match your exact expectations. Multiple attempts may be needed to achieve desired results.
Not Architectural Advice: Visualizations are for inspiration and conceptual purposes only. They do not constitute professional interior design, architectural, or structural advice.
Continuous Improvement: AI technology is constantly evolving. While we strive for accuracy and quality, results may occasionally require refinement or regeneration.
Product Placement: When placing catalog products in rooms, the AI aims to integrate items realistically. However, positioning, scaling, and lighting adjustments are approximations and may need manual refinement.
Style Transformations: Style applications interpret design aesthetics creatively. The AI generates new visual representations that capture the essence of the selected style.

We recommend using generated images as design inspiration and consulting with professional designers for actual implementation projects.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features, including the AI Interior Designer, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

All activities that occur under your account

Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized account use

5. Subscription and Payments

ListingCanvas offers subscription plans with varying credit allocations for AI features:

Free Plan: Limited credits for trial purposes
Basic Plan: Monthly subscription with standard credit allocation
Pro Plan: Monthly subscription with enhanced credit allocation

Subscriptions are billed monthly. Credits do not roll over to the next billing period. Payment processing is handled securely through Stripe.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service for any unlawful purpose
Upload images you do not have rights to use
Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the AI systems
Share account credentials or resell access to the service
Use automated systems to access the service without permission
Generate content that is harmful, offensive, or violates third-party rights

7. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of images you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to process your images through our AI systems.

Generated Content: AI-generated images created using your uploads belong to you for personal and commercial use, subject to any restrictions from original image sources.

8. Limitation of Liability

ListingCanvas provides services "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the Stripe billing portal. See our Refund Policy for details on cancellation.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification.
