At ListingCanvas, we want you to be satisfied with our services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for our subscription plans and AI Interior Designer credits.
2. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through:
- Your account settings on ListingCanvas
- The Stripe billing portal (accessible from your account)
Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged for subsequent periods, but no prorated refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period.
3. AI Credits and Usage
Our AI Interior Designer operates on a credit-based system. Please note:
- Credits are non-refundable: Once credits are used for AI operations (style transformations, object placement, room editing), they cannot be refunded regardless of the output quality.
- AI Variability: As outlined in our Terms of Service, AI-generated results may vary and sometimes require multiple attempts. Credit consumption for refinement attempts is part of normal service usage.
- Unused Credits: Credits do not roll over to the next billing period and are not refundable when your subscription ends.
- Technical Failures: If a credit is consumed due to a technical error on our end (server failure, processing error), we will restore the credit to your account upon request.
4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

- Duplicate charges due to payment processing errors
- Being charged after cancellation was confirmed
- Significant service outages preventing any use during a billing period
- First-time subscribers within 7 days who have not used any credits

- Dissatisfaction with AI-generated image quality or results
- Credits consumed for AI operations, regardless of outcome
- Unused credits at the end of a billing period
- Partial month usage after subscription cancellation
- Failure to cancel before automatic renewal
- Change of mind after using AI features
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:

- Include your account email and the reason for your request
- Provide any relevant transaction IDs or screenshots
- We will respond within 3-5 business days
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. The actual time to appear in your account depends on your payment provider. Refunds are processed in the original currency of the transaction.
7. Free Plan
Our Free plan provides limited credits at no cost. Since no payment is required, refunds do not apply. Free plan credits are provided as-is and expire if not used within the specified period.
8. Payment Disputes
If you have concerns about a charge, please contact us before initiating a dispute with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly. Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first may result in account suspension.
9. Policy Changes
We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
